Changes in the functioning of the shopping center from May 4
Dear Sir or Madam,
In connection with the guidelines for the operation of commercial facilities with an area of over 2000 m2 during the COVID-19 epidemic in Poland published by the Ministry of Development on 29.04.2020 as well as with the Regulation of the Prime Minister of May 2, 2020, we would like to inform you that since 4 May trade will be allowed in some stores that have been out of service so far.
This means that shopping in Magnolia Park can be done again, including the clothing and footwear stores, points with electronics, sports equipment or cosmetics. Trade and service stands may operate with additional restrictions.
At the same time, cinema, playground, hairdresser and cosmetic plan, dance school as well as outdoor recreation areas – gym and playground – are still out of operation.
There will still be limited operation of gastronomic points operating in the premises – only take-away food is allowed and as part of deliveries, meals cannot be consumed on-site in the gallery.
The center will operate at standard hours 9:00 – 21:00 with strict security requirements, however, for organizational reasons, some stores may have shortened opening hours in the initial period.
The health and safety of our clients and employees is our priority. We strive to make our clients and employees feel safe during their visit to Magnolia Park. All safety procedures recommended by state authorities are implemented.
Below are guidelines for staying in the Center and important information about its functioning.
- There is a 2 m social distance between shopping center customers, the arcades will be marked in a way that enables one-way communication.
- There is a limit of 1 customer per 15m2 of space. About the allowed number of customers in a given store will inform special messages before entering the premises.
- Customers are required to cover their mouths and nose (with a mask, other material or visor) in accordance with applicable law. Masks can be bought in Magnolia Park, among others in Super-Pharm, Vanilla Body Shop, By o la la ..! and Pawo.
- Customers are required to wear disposable gloves when shopping in stores or service and commercial outlets in the form of islands in the mall’s arcade.
- There are publicly available trays with hand disinfectant throughout the Center (a map with the location of the trays can be found below)
- Escalators and elevators will be marked in a manner that indicates their safe use.
- Where possible, the inputs and outputs will be separated in a way that enables one-way communication.
- It is recommended to park cars in every other car park at the Centrum car park at a distance of 3 meters, while getting on and off is required to keep distance from other customers.
- Children up to the age of 13 may stay in the center only under adult supervision.
- All common infrastructure elements such as countertops, door handles, handrails, elevators, toilets are regularly disinfected.
At the same time, we remind you that, according to WHO guidelines, the basis for prevention is thorough washing of hands with soap for a minimum of 30 seconds.
Instructions for washing hands, removing and putting on masks and gloves will be installed in every toilet.
